These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of « Le Hack Chariot » (universal shopping cart unlocker key for keychains) and related packs (Solo, Duo, Family) on the website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms by the Customer.

Article 3. Product & Features

The essential features of the key (universal front-slot compatibility, keychain compatibility, ultra-light under 4 grams, removable mechanism) are described on the main page.

Article 4. Prices & Shipping Rates

Prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included (TTC):

  • Solo Pack (1 key): 5.40 € (+ 1.75 € tracked shipping)
  • Duo Pack (2 keys): 8.20 € (+ 1.75 € tracked shipping)
  • Family Pack (4 keys): 14.90 € (FREE tracked shipping)

Article 5. Ordering & Payment

Payment is made online securely in one click via Stripe (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant encryption.

Article 6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched quickly via tracked postal mail directly into the customer's mailbox (no presence required). Tracking information is emailed once shipped.

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European and French Consumer Law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Notice must be sent to [email protected].
